Trottly Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Trottly, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Trottly is a matching and GPS tracking service that connects dog owners with independent dog walkers. Trottly is NOT a payment processor. Trottly does not employ walkers or guarantee walk quality.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Owner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your dog(s)
• Communicate directly with walkers about any special needs
• Handle payment arrangements directly with your walker (Trottly does not process payments between owners and walkers)
• Ensure your dog is safe and healthy for walking

5. Walker Responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile information
• Complete walks as agreed upon with owners
• Handle dogs safely and responsibly
• Communicate any issues immediately

6. Payment Arrangements

Trottly does NOT facilitate or process payments between owners and walkers. Payment for walks is arranged and settled directly between owners and walkers, outside the app.

7. Trottly Pro Subscription

Trottly Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple.

• Weekly: $4.99/week
• Annual: $39.99/year
• 3-day free trial for new subscribers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

8. Limitations of Liability

Trottly acts solely as a discovery and tracking platform. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of walks provided by walkers
• Injuries, damages, or losses arising from walks
• Disputes between owners and walkers
• Payment disputes between owners and walkers

Users engage with each other at their own risk.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Trottly to:

• Engage in illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Impersonate other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the platform for commercial purposes not related to dog walking

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
