These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Synergy ("we", "us"), the developer of the Superpicks mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be 18 or older to use this App. Superpicks is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must not download or use the App.
Superpicks publishes football predictions, written analysis, live scores, fixtures, league tables and player statistics. All content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Football is unpredictable. Predictions published in the App represent our opinion at the time of writing and carry no guarantee of any result. Past performance, including any win rate, profit figure or streak displayed in the App, is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any decision you take based on our content is your own decision, made at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on App content.
If you choose to gamble, never stake more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Gambling can be addictive. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please contact a responsible-gambling support service in your country.
Superpicks Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium picks, full analysis and removes advertising.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies and are not within our control.
The App displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob to users who are not Pro subscribers. Ads are removed for active Pro subscribers. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
Live scores, fixtures, tables and player statistics are supplied by third-party data providers. While we select our providers carefully, we do not warrant that this data is accurate, complete or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for errors, delays or omissions in it.
You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, resell or publish App content without our written permission, not to attempt to access parts of the App you are not authorised to use, and not to interfere with the App's normal operation.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. All content and intellectual property in the App remain ours.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
