This policy explains how the Superpicks mobile application ("the App"), published by Synergy ("we", "us"), handles data. It applies to the App only.
The short version. Superpicks has no sign-up, no login and no profiles. We do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal detail, and we do not collect any directly. The data described below is collected automatically by our advertising and messaging providers, and is not linked to your identity.
None. The App contains no registration, no account system and no forms. You can use every feature without providing any information about yourself.
We use a small number of third-party services to run the App. These services collect data automatically:
We display banner advertising from Google AdMob to users who are not Pro subscribers. Ads are removed entirely for active Superpicks Pro subscribers. AdMob collects:

We do not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt and we do not request permission to track you. Advertising in the App is therefore non-personalised. We do not use your data for tracking as Apple defines it, and we do not sell your data or share it with data brokers.
Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Information on how Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging assigns your device a push token so we can alert you when a new tip is published. The token identifies a device, not a person. We do not attach any personal information to it. Notifications are optional and you can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings.
Tips and results are stored in Firebase Firestore and delivered to the App. This is a one-way transfer: content is downloaded to your device. No information about you is uploaded.
The App includes a private publishing tool that only we can access, using our own credentials, to post and settle tips. It is not available to users and collects no user data.
Live scores, fixtures, tables and player statistics are retrieved from API-Football (api-sports.io) under a paid licence. Your device requests match data; no information about you is sent to this provider.
Because the App has no accounts, none of the data above is linked to your identity. We do not build user profiles, and we do not combine data across apps or websites for advertising.
Superpicks is rated 18+ and is intended solely for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will assist.
We hold no personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google's own policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, or to object to its processing. As we hold no personal data about you, requests of this kind are best directed to Google, whose services collect the data described above. You are welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.
We may update this policy as the App changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
